CrossFit OCI in Lakeland FL

There are so many stories out about Crossfit! Is it good or bad?? Does it work or doesn't work?? When it comes right down to it...no one can answer that question, except you. Try it, you will like it or not. CrossFit is not for everyone, but it could be, what your looking for. It's agressive, it pushes you, it makes you move beyond, what you thought you could NOT ever do. For example: I never thought, I would, climb up a wall backwards, really...are you kidding me. I told Carlos(head trainer, at CrossFit OCI) ****NO....I couldn't & wouldn't. He talked me into, just trying, & I did it, I accomplished 3-4 times & was shocked. And, by the way, I am 60 years old. Climbing up a wall backwards, REALLY.... What a morning...just amazing!! The one thing, I love in this world...is the beach! Just to sit...& hear the ocean waves...then listen, when your eyes, are closed. You have no choice, but to RELAX...

Saturday!! Fun to come....

A great day of fun! Starting out with: CrossFit OCI...Lakeland FL...workout @9:00. Then Mayfair by The Lake...great Art, Food, Crafts... going with my, great hubby, his sister, her boyfriend, Jon... & my daughter(McKenzie Genson) with her hubby & friends. Then tonight.. Birthday Dinner for McKenzie. Lots of Food on Patio, Fire by the lake. Drinks everywhere. Can't wait. Hope everyone, has a wonderful day!! WE ARE...
